How to make IDLI
For Making Idli / Dosa/ Uttapam, You will need to prepare same batter with which you can prepare all . To know how please check the video posted. Kindly check that first . and then come to this .

Take the Fermented batter & mix everything very well .
Smear some oil in Idli Thattu/ plates & pour 1 laddle full of batter & completely all the Thattu & cover the Idli cooker as shown in the video & steam for 15 mins .
Uncover & let it cool down completely & remove and enjoy with any chutney you love.
