Coriander Mint Chutney


Super healthy Chutney good for everyone to eat at any time of the day. Pregnant ladies would request you to make it once a week and store for whole week. There are many benefits with all the ingredients & no extra effort in making one.

Benefits of :-

Coriander :- contains dietary fiber, manganese, iron, magnesium ,Vitamin C, Vitamin K and protein.

Mint :- it promotes digestion, soothes stomachs in cases of indigestion or inflammation.

Yogurt :- calcium, vitamin B-2, vitamin B-12, potassium, and magnesium & is "probiotics."

Green Chillies :- vitamins like A , C & B6

Coconut :- Contains Fatty Acids With Powerful Medicinal, Help You Burn Fat, Reduce Your Hunger etc

Ingredients :-

Ginger 1 Small Piece.

Garlic 2-3 Cloves

Green Chillies 2 ( As per taste )

Coriander Leaves 1 Cup

Pudina / Mint Leaves 1/2 Cup

Coconut 1 Cup

Yogurt 2 Tsp

Salt 1/2 Tsp ( As per taste )

Lemon / Lime Juice half

Water to Grind 1 Tsp - 1 Tbsp

Method :-

1) Take all of the above mentioned ingredients by adding 1Tsp - 1 Tbsp water - Grind them all into smooth or chunky paste as ypu prefer .

This can be used in various other recipes, to know more about it stay tuned .

Below is the way you can make it for lunch box for kids , remove the sides of bread and apply butter on 1 side and 1 side chutney and press them both together . If kids age more than 7 years can give ketchup if needed .
