FISH FRY


Ingredients :

Tilapia - 7 Nos ( Cut into small pieces, Wash & pat dry .

Onion - 1 Medium Chopped

Ginger 1 Small Piece

Garlic 2-3 Cloves

Turmeric Pwdr 2 Tsp

Red Chilli Pwdr 2 Tsp ( As per taste)

Salt 1 Tsp

Lemon / Lime Juice 1/2

Olive Oil / Coconut Oil 2 Tsp

Oil for frying

Method :-

1) Grind together Onion, Ginger, garlic by adding lime/ lemon juice & Little Oil if needed.

2) Pour the above paste in a bowl and add in turmeric powder, red chiili powder, salt & combine everything well.

3) Now take the paste and coat the fish on both the sides & shallow fry them until you get it how you wanted Or can bake in Oven at 400 Degrees for 30 -40 Mins & Broil for 5 mins more.

4) I usually bring extra fish and marinate them and store them in the freezer & later thaw as much needed & fry .

5) Usually served along rice and any curry .
