Mawa Kulfi
To make something for kids and feed them good and healthy stuff; is all about me. If you randomly ask them what do you like to eat, i bet the answer would be chocolate and Ice cream. So here is a sweet which not only children but elders cant resist as well.

Ingredients :-
Elaichi / cardamom 6-7
Condensed Milk 1 Can
Or
Sugar 1 & 1/2 Cup ( as per your taste)
Half & Half Milk 1 quart ( You can use thick milk, full of fat )
Mawa /Khoya 6 Oz/ 170 Grams -( Grated / small pieces )
Saffron / Kesar/ Zafran 1 Tsp
Cornstarch / Cornflour 1 Tbsp
Method :-
1) Dry Roast the cardamom 2 mins until the cardamom cover changes its color to golden & powder it .
2) Let the Milk come to a boil once & further on low - Medium flame boil for 10 mins more- make sure the milk doesn't stick to the bottom by constantly stirring.
3) After 10 mins, add in the Mawa/ Khoya - either in small pieces or grated.
4) Once the mawa is all melted, add in the cardamom powder & the star ingredient " SAFFRON/ KESAR" Crush and add so the color and flavor enhances.
5) The add 1 can of Condensed Milk Or Sugar whichever you prefer.
6) In a small bowl dilute 1 Tbsp of cornstarch with water (2 Tbsp ) and pour it in the milk .
7) switch off the flame & remove any shells of cardamom.
