Water melon Summer Salad


Salad any time , make a habbit of eating healthy and you will feel good and you will notice a change in your appetite from eating junk to going healthy .., change in your skin, less of hair fall, less of tiredness, no constipation, no pimples etc .

Instead of heavy dinner at times go for a bowl full of salads ...& feed the same to your family as well.

Ingredients :-

Lettuce Or spinach Or Any Greens 1 Cup

Cherry Tomatoes / Any regular tomatoes chopped 1/2 Cup

Watermelon 1/2 cup chopped

Dates 7-8

Walnut 1/3 rd cup

Sunflower Seeds 1/3 rd cup

Orange 1 Chopped

Chia Seeds 1 Tsp

For Dressing :-

In a small bowl take Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO) -2 Tbsp

Add Salt & pepper as per taste

And Lime juice -1/2

Method :-

1) In a very large bowl , add all the ingredients and pour the dressing (oil ) only when ready to serve or eat ...bcoz it will be mushy quickly.
