Mango Avocado Salad
I totally agree that its very difficult to resist a restaurant brought food & you cant wait another second to take a bite out of that goodness , full of juicy fat or having a jalebi or rasgulla or mouthwatering gulab jam which contains heap full of sugar or something which is fried to the extent that it gives the satisfaction and fulfill your taste buds, nevertheless once a week or twice a week its good to give break and go healthy and help your body to digest something which is light & helps you clean your system overall.
There are many people who are health conscious & avoid eating food which is not good for body.
Below is a very interesting & yummy salad, Lets take a look at the
Ingredients :-
Lettuce / Spinach ( which ever green you find) A handful or 2 ( as many you need)
Tomato 1 Sliced ( As many needed )
Cucumber 1 Sliced into long pieces ( As many needed)
Orange 1
mango 1
Avocado 1
Onion 1/2 Onion Thinly Sliced .
Sunflower seeds /Pumpkin Seeds 1 Tsp
Walnut 1 Tsp
Dates 4-5 sliced
Basil / Tulsi Few chopped
For Dressing :-
In a separate bowl :-
Add Extra Virgin Olive oil - 2 Tbsp
salt As per taste
Pepper Powder As per taste
Lime Juice As per taste
Method:-
In a large bowl all the ingredients & drizzle on the dressing right before you serve .
