MUSHROOM PEAS CURRY

Yet another EASY recipe , cooks in no time. All you need is to grab some " Mushrooms" .

I have used pre cut organic mushrooms. you can get any small mushroom, make sure you wash it properly to remove all the dirt sticking on it. Also cook it until its soft.

Good source of :- Zinc , pantothenic acid, niacin etc .

some of its Benefits are : - Good source of Iron in turns helps increase the red blood cells, Helps n preventing breast & prostate cancer, High amount of protein - good for bone health, helps boosting immune system etc etc

Ingredients are as below :-

** You can double and reduce the ingredients as per your requirement and taste.

Method :-

1) In a pan , add OIL , once hot enough add cumin seeds and Hing / Asafoetida & let lit crackle for 2 mins.

2) After 2 mins - add Ginger & Garlic paste & Thinly chopped onion .

3) Add 1 Tsp of Salt , Turmeric Powder, Red Chilly Powder & Garam Masala Powder and saute for 5 Mins .

4) After 5 mins Add Chopped Tomatoes and cook for 10 mins( On low flame) , until you will notice the oil separates .

5) Add frozen / Boiled Green Peas and saute for 2 mins.

Then add sliced Mushroom and cover and cook for 5 -10 mins ...make sure the mushroom are soft and cooked enough.

Add water - and let it boil for 5 mins.

6) After 5 mins , add Milk cream and crushed kasturi methi .

Cook for another 5 mins for creamy consistency !!!
